1. CMC International Tendering Corp., entrusted by the Tenderer: Wuhan Pu Ai Hospital, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers from the United Sates of America for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of Limited Competitive Bidding. All the payments under this project will be defrayed with the US export-import bank sovereign guarantee finacing.

Name, quantity and brief description of the equipments: 17 sets of Medical Equipments for Pu Ai Hospital of Wuhan City;

Details as per Schedule of Requirement in Section 8 of bidding documents.

2. According to the relative stipulation for United States Loan to PRC and the specific conditions of the project, the country of origin of the goods shall be United States (Any contract under which goods and/or service are procured from countries other than Eligible Source Countries for implementation of the project will be eligible for financing under the Loan if the combined costs of such goods and/or services are less than 50% of the total price of the said contract). The eligible bidder shall be from U.S.A., all interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of CMC International Tendering Corp.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of a written application to CMC International Tendering Corp. between 9:00-11:00, 14:00-1600 (Beijing time) starting from Jan. 16th, 2013 at Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu, Fengtai District, 100055 Beijing (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays except) and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB 8,000.00 or US[MODULE]nbsp;1,300.00 for each set of bidding documents. For mail order, RMB 150.00 ( domestic) or US[MODULE]nbsp;40.00 (abroad) shall be added.

4. Bids must be delivered to Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu, Fengtai District, 100055 Beijing, PR China at or before 10:30 (Beijing time) on Feb. 06, 2013

5.  Bids will be opened in th presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10:30, on Feb. 06, 2013 (Beijing time) at Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu, Fengtai District, 100055 Beijing.
