中机国际招标公司（以下简称“招标代理机构”）受广州荣鑫容器有限公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就“500ml/330ml铝两片罐生产线建设工程项目管理支持及工程设计”项目接受合格的境内外投标人提交密封投标。有关事项如下：

一、资金来源：自筹。

二、项目名称：500ml/330ml铝两片罐生产线建设工程项目管理支持及工程设计

三、招标内容及要求：

负责荣鑫公司铝两片罐生产线建设项目管理支持（包括：项目进度控制、项目工艺技术和质量控制等）；工程设计｛包括：项目初步设计、详细设计[包括但不仅限于以下：设备的工艺技术参数、系统集成（输送系统、线控、数据管理系统）、工艺设计、罐型设计、杯型设计、模具设计、辅助设施等]｝。

四、合格投标人条件：

1、具有独立承担民事责任能力的在中华人民共和国境内、境外注册的独立法人或其他组织。

2、具有近五年来在中国境内企业的同类服务业绩。

五、购买招标文件时间及地点：

1、获取招标文件时间：从2012年3月1日至2012年3月9日（每天上午9:00-11:30，下午2:00-5:00，节假日除外）。

3、招标文件售价：1000元/套或160美元/套（售后不退），邮购须另加60元人民币（境内），或50美元（境外）。

CMC International Tendering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Tendering Agent”) entrusted by Guangzhou Rongxin Packaging Ltd.,（hereinafter referred to as "the Tenderee”）, now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of “Project Management & Support and Engineering Design for 500 ml / 330 ml Two-piece Alu-can Production Line Construction Project”.

1. Source of Funds: self-financing

2. Project Name: Project Management & Support and Engineering Design for 500 ml / 330 ml Two-piece Alu-can Production Line Construction

3. Bidding content and requirements:

Responsible for project management & support for the two-piece alu-can production line construction of Guangzhou Rongxin Packaging Ltd. (including: project process control, project process technology and quality control etc.) and engineering design {including project primary design, detailed design [including but not limited to the following: all process technical parameters of the production line, system integrity (conveying system, wire control system), process design, can shape design, cup shape design, mold design, auxiliary facilities design etc.]}.

4. Eligible Bidders:

1) The Bidder should be independent legal person or other organization registered in the People''s Republic of China or abroad, having the ability of bearing civil liability independently.

2) Performance of the similar enterprises over the past five years.

5. Time and Place of Selling Bidding Documents:

1) Time of Selling Bidding Documents: From 09:00 to 11:30 am (Beijing time), From 14:00 to 17:00 pm (Beijing time), except holidays, from March 1st to March. 9th.

2) Place of Selling Bidding Documents: CMC International Tendering Corporation. Guangzhou Branch (Addr: Room 2003, Dongshan Ziyuan Commercial Building, No.745 DongFeng East Rd, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, P.R.C.)

3) Price of Bidding Documents: RMB 1000/set or USD160/set (non-refundable). If mailing is needed, the price will plus RMB 60 (domestic) or USD 50 (oversea).

4) Obtaining Bidding Documents: 

 Bidders could purchase the bidding documents on-site or through bank transfer for the mail order. Mail order must add RMB 60 (domestic) or USD 50 (oversea). The remittance bill indicating: (Bid Number: 0702-1240CITC7004), together with the company name, mailing address, postal number, E-mail address, contact person,  and phone number faxes to Tendering Agent.
