Invitation for Bids

1. The Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China has received ODA Loan from JAPAN BANK FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION (herein after referred to as JBIC), in the amount of JPY6,800,000,000 toward the cost of Project of which the Loan Agreement was signed on December21, 2007, and intends to apply the proceeds of the loan to payments under the contract for goods (detailed list as follows). Disbursement of an ODA Loans by JBIC will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, including the disbursement procedures and the “Guidelines for Procurement under JBIC ODA Loans”. 

2.CMC International Tendering Co.is authorized to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders from eligible source countries for the supply of the equipment listed below.According to the Loan Agreement, the eligible source countries are all countries and areas.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder at the address of CMC International Tendering Co. upon nonrefundable payment of 6000 for each package between 9:00a.m. and 11:00 a.m., 2:00p.m. and 4:00p.m. (Beijing Time) from January 26 to March 10, 2015(Except Saturday & Sunday). 

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than three percent (3%) of Total Bid Price, and must be delivered to Beijing, China by hand in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders at or before 10:30 a.m. on March 11, 2015 (Beijing Time), and will be publicly opened at 10:30a.m. on the same date.

5. CMC International Tendering Co. will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
